Camera woes...

I am very sorry for the ill quality of the home shot pictures that I have and will be posting....My camera is my iphone. Currently I am saving and reserching which one will do my adventures justice...

Grey Skys and Stary Nights

Come fall, I have a feeling my wardrobe will be all black, grey and white. I plan on throwing in bits of color to liven it up. Like these awsome electric blue leggings and blush pink Marc Jacobs blouse.

Sunshine and Skyscrapers...

I woke this morning, in my downtown studio apartment with the sunshine streaming in through my window, and thought about soon to come San Francisco summer and even sooner to turn to San Francisco's fall. I need to get my back to school shopping done soon, before the brief time of fair weather in the city turns to chilly days and nights. Here is a list of all the things I am craving for Indian Summer turn Fall.

Fortune Cookies

As fall get's nearer I see more and more scarves out and about. They are a chic way to add to any outfit. My boyfriend and I spent a few hours riding our bikes in China Town where I scored this fantastic faux Chanel one.
We also stopped by the Golden Gate Fortune Cookie Factory on Ross Alleyand picked up a bag of sweets to snack on during the trip. Here you get to see everything that goes into making those dilectable after dinner cookies!
Scouring the stores is the best way to pick up stuff you didn't even know you needed!

As I searched the internet for the pieces I was craving for the season, and wondered about ways to wear them, I came across numberous fashion blogs. La, New York, Europe, they all have them, but I couldn't find a decent one for San Francisco. And why not? It's not that their aren't fashionable people here, just stop by Dolores park any sunny afternoon and you'll see what I mean.

With California's casual cool, and knowedge about color and aesthetic that only art students and designers can fathom putting together, San Francisco is an unknown style mecca. Where fashion is more than just the most expensive bags and hottest designer jeans, it's a place where fashion has become an art. Foraging through vintage and resale stores, where DIY actually is a talent among artists and the right jewerly has often been passed down by generations, San Francisco fashion has fused with the culture in such a way that you can't go anywhere without seeing it.

I want to give credit to those fashionists who slave over sewing machines, hunt through rack after rack of bargins, who twist and turn fashion into their own creations like some sort of mad scientist in the hope of becoming infamous....
